KUALA LUMPUR – The organizers of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Malaysia Professional League (MPL Malaysia) and MOONTON GAMES are currently investigating an incident involving Team Lunatix and its imported players, Hein Thu (Kid), Kyaw Bo (Zippy), and DJ.

Marcus Lim, Senior Public Relations Manager at MOONTON Games, confirmed this investigation in a brief statement to the media today.

“We’re looking into the situation involving Team Lunatix and the players,” said Lim when asked about potential statements from the league and any follow-up actions.

A recent issue has arisen regarding one of the teams participating in the upcoming MPL Malaysia Season 12, Team Lunatix.

This team includes three imported players from Myanmar: Kid, Zippy, and DJ.

According to allegations made by Team Lunatix, these three imported players recently returned to Myanmar without informing the team.

The team also claims to have paid a total allowance or salary of almost RM10,000 to these three players.

MPL Malaysia is scheduled to start on August 18th, with Team Lunatix’s first match set for Saturday, August 19th, against the rising Selangor Red Giants team.
