World number 3 coach, Arcadia, joins MPL Malaysia with YRG

Former head coach of the world’s number 3 team, Michael Angelo Bocado (Arcadia), will be joining the competitive arena of Mobile Legends in Malaysia through Yoodo Red Giants (YRG).

The announcement was made by YRG this afternoon, unveiling their latest addition to the team.

The Filipino coach previously worked with the Indonesian powerhouse, RRQ Hoshi, and played a pivotal role in leading the team to secure a top 3 position in the Fourth Mobile Legends World Championship (M4) 2023.

Before his tenure with the King of Kings, Arcadia served as a coach for his home country’s teams, including ECHO, Aura PH, and Sunspark.

He has been part of MPL Philippines since Season 5 in 2020 and previously clinched the championship title in that professional league with Sunspark.

Meanwhile, YRG achieved a commendable Top 6 position in the previous MPL Malaysia S11 2023.

The team successfully advanced to the league stage after surpassing the qualifying rounds.
